ASSISTANT CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER
- Answer customer enquiries, carry out banking transactions
- Solve customer complaint cases
- Provide comprehensive and professional phone banking services to premier customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to customer
- I.T / OND
- Previous experience in financial institution or call center is an advance
- Customer-focused approach
- Effective communication and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Cantonese and English, fluent Putonghua is a plus
- Willing to work on shifts, including on weekends and public holidays as needed.
